Carol Kimball played an integral part in the formation and organization of the I C R C which was founded and incorporated December 9, 1965. She was an original board member and the first recording secretary as well as a constant source of information and support, always willing to help further its growth. She worked as a docent and volunteer until 1994 and when she could no longer serve as a volunteer, she was elected as an Honorary Director
After many years of devoted service in many capacities, we will remember her with affection for her sense of humor, her enthusiasm and her charming way
Carol’s talent and depth of historical knowledge lives on through the hundreds of interesting and informative articles that she wrote about local people and places that appeared weekly in the local newspapers. This chronicle of historical information is a valuable asset to our archives and often the go to source for people doing research at I C R C
