Mimeograph transcription of a stipulation to a deed of land. Oweneco and his people deeded much of the land encompassing Trading Cove Brook, the Great Swamp, and White Rock to white men. However, Daniel Fitch dwells within Mohegan Fields. Oweneco deeds him 300–400 acres so that there will be no problem concerning his deed of land to the other Englishmen.
