Mimeographed transcription of a document stating that the signers can not agree with making James Fitch of Norwich lord propriator of the colony of Connecticut. Complains that Fitch used his power to purchase vast amounts of land from Owaneco, including land not in Owaneco's traditional holdings.. Owaneco is blamed for his drinking away his fortune. Fitch is accused of selling the land that should be the colony's to anyone with money.
