Typed transcription of a declaration by the United Colonies that a group of Pequots have agreed to be subservient to the English. The English have appointed Tomsquash, Matumbase and Cone to be the chief rulers over this group. They will be allowed to plant and hunt on the land between the Pawcatuck River and Weaquapauge.
