Mimeographed abstract of an account of the murder of Nesccamus by Samuel Smith of Wethersfield. The court ruled that the custom of the indians would be used and Smith was ordered to pay Nesccamus' daughter four yards of trucking cloth or twelve bushells of Indian corn.
