Copy of a photographic print of the Mohegan Chapel, which was built in 1831. The Chapel was built through the efforts of Sarah Huntington and Elizabeth Raymond of Norwich. The Indians at the time of this newspaper print erect wigwams in front of the church and hold their work sales.
