Photocopy of newspaper article regarding the claim of the Connecticut Indian Affairs Council that the state illegally sold land at Crescent Beach in 1886 and that land should be preserved as an indian burial ground. Attorneys have pointed out however that the group has no legal claim since they do not decend from the original indians, the Nehantics.
