Deposition given to Jonathan Brewster from Samuel Lathrop concerning the deeding of some of Uncas's property to Richard Houghton. Lathrop asked Uncas if he had deeded his land to Houghton and Uncas replied that he had and he would "also Declare as much to the Court if he Durst goe to Hartford".
The oath of Joseph Houghton affirming that Uncas gave the tract of land called Massapeack to his father, Richard Houghton.
