Mimeograph transcription of deed from Cezer, Sachem of Mohegan, to Samuel Avery two acres of orchard land for the sum of 6 pounds. The acres adjoin the land of Joshua Raymond and a slip of land between a brook and a road. The land was granted by the Assembly on May 11,1721. The deed was made in the presence of Joseph Backus and Ceaser"s sigh was witnessed by Thomas Avery on November 27, 1722.
