Typewritten notes relating to Podunk Indians of East Hartford.
The Comissioners having formerly ordered the Podunc Indians to returne to their place and finding a willingness in them so to doe, they thinke it very equale that the Generall court of Connecticut should take a speedy and efectuall course to remove all such underhand dealing eyther by Inglish or Indians that anyway hinder them at present from injoying their just right.
Arramomet and Quinampet questioned about land at Podunck.
Podunk tribe at the dividing line between Windsor and Hartford East side; between 2 and 300 men in Philip's War; went off and never returned.
