Typed transcript of a letter written by a committee investigating Uncas complaints of encroachment by English on his lands at Norwich and Hammonasett. Committee recommends that New London pays Uncas 20 pounds for clearer title on land and that Uncas and his heirs can't sell land but to New London, and without the consent of the tribe to maintain enough land to plant on .
