Mimeographed transcription of a general assembly report regarding disputed 288 acres of land for Pequot use being claimed by William Williams and Nathan Creary. The committee reviewing the evidence recommends that Williams and Creary receive fifty five acres of the land. Upon petition, the assembly granted Williams and Creary 288 acres of land elsewhere upon quit claiming Stonington land and paying court fees.
