Mimeograph transcription of a letter from Ninekunat claiming that he has had no part in the recent Indian wars. He says that he had heard his name has been maligned in English circles. The only reason he can think that this would occur is because he had never visited the English and their towns. However, he meant no disrespect in not visiting. He claims that he was afraid. He wants to be friends with the English and clear name.
