Mimeographed account of testimony regarding the killing of John Everest by Cupacossen. Everest entered Cupacossen's wigwam, killing his infant child and injuring his parents. Cupacossen tracked Everest down, finding him armed with a knife and rock. Everest threw the rock, hitting Cupacossen in the thigh. Cupacossen fired his gun, killing Everest. Cupacossen taken to jail in New Haven and John Gallup indicates that charge is either murder, manslaughter or chance medly.
