Mimeograph transcription of a letter to John Winthrop concerning a message that Ninecraft/Ninegret gave to Thomas Minor. Ninecraft claims that he wishes to be friends with the English and he sent tribute to them to show his eagerness. However, Ninecraft claims, Uncas's men stole this tribute. Ninecraft wants the English to be aware of the theft but more importantly that he is desirous of peace with them.
