Combination deed and court decree directing that land and a dwelling house owned by Joshua E. Buddington, at the petition of Oliver Buddington and others, be auctioned to the highest bidder on 15 March 1864. The highest bidder was Lewis Crandall, who became the grantee and owner of the land and dwelling. Abuttors include William Harris. Deed signed by Joshua C. Learned as committeeman. Witnessed by F.C. Learned and Robt. C. Coit, Jr. Certified by Robt. Coit Jr., J.P. Registered by Elisha Morgan, register. Two pieces, attached. 8 1/4" x 13 1/4".
