Letter written by Edmund Haley from Aurielius NY to his brother Jabez Haley at Groton, Connecticut. Edmund discusses his past and current employment and plans to operated a mill (wheat processing). He laments not having more communication with Jabez. He beseeches Jabez to "enquire of the bearer" regarding several matters. Edmund discusses his prospects for marriage (not good) and his last meeting with Jabez in Utica when they parted. One piece. 12 1/2" x 15 3/4".
