2009 marked the bicentennial of southeastern Connecticut's Child and Family Agency. Thomas P. Gullotta, CEO of the Child and Family Agency [CFA] and faculty member at Eastern Connecticut State University, has written the story of four of the original childcare and family agencies in his book "Every Child: A Social History of Caring" which is a unique history of the social forces underlying CFA's creation.
