Summary:
Green Animals topiary garden in Newport, R.I. has a new toy collection for children at the Victorian toy museum. It includes Japanese dolls, a 1918 train set, a child's sewing machine with needles and many other treasures donated by Betty Gaumer of Pennsylvania. The estate was originally purchased in 1892 by Thomas E. Brayton. His daughter Alice, left the estate to the Preservation Society at her death in 1972.
