Indian Burial Site Restoration Underway. 315 graves have been found at Pequot Indian Burial Ground on Fanning Road in Ledyard (aka Mashantucket Burial Ground. Brush and dead trees are being dealt with, mowing is being planned and rails are being added. It is the largest Pequot burial ground in the state, and possibly the whole country.
