The appointment of Mrs. William D. Harris as chairman of the Sons and Daughters of the United States of America in this city was announced at a meeting of the Lucretia Shaw chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution yesterday afternoon at the Methodist Episcopal church. A society of the organization will be formed here and all children over six years of age are eligible to become members.
