George A. Montgomery, 71 years old, of Ledyard, died today at the Lawrence and Memorial Associated hospitals. He was a painter. Mr. Montgomery was born at Groton and had resided in Ledyard for the last 32 years. He was a member of the Oxoboro lodge, No 116, A. F. & A. M., of Montville and used the Baptist church at Old Mystic.
