Summary:
Cottrell Landing Development Ltd. Partnership has proposed small shops, offices and condominiums in a park-like setting on the former Cottrell property. They hope to reuse most of the buildings that are currently on the site. The plans include a walkway from the drawbridge to Seaport Marine. Bill Dodge said that he is committed and that they are committed. He would not sell the property which has been in his family for 173 years if he did not approve of the plans.
