Summary:
The Yale-Harvard Regatta was once known as Boat Race Day. Traffic was bumper to bumper on the Old Norwich Road. New London stores were decked in red and blue. Spectators lined the river. Excitement was everywhere. Lately, it's hard to know that the races are being held.
