Summary:
A history of the Bill Memorial Library. Frederic Bill constructed it in memory of his two sisters Eliza and Harriet. The original 1700 books were housed at the old wooden Groton Heights School. Mr. Bill employed architect Stephen Earle to design a suitable building. In 1907, he added a large addition to the library.
